What’s it like to work with me? I have a warm, quirky, and analytical style. People who identify as dreamers, feelers, nonconformists, misfits, neurodivergent, sensitive, weird, or all of the above tend to find me and stick with me. My focus is on building a therapy relationship that is compassionate and nonjudgmental where you feel deeply understood, supported, and celebrated.

I also want to help you live your best life, as defined by you. I serve as an empathetic guide while you get to know your unique brain and body, uncovering why you've felt so different for as long as you can remember. To help with all the hard stuff that comes along with exploring new relationships and experiences, I bring in knowledge and skills from the mindfulness-based therapy approach I am most passionate about, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
